Quantum Health Lysine+ Coldstick, SPF 21, 0.17 Ounces (Value Pack of 3) is armed with SPF-21 to protect your lips from the sun, a common cold sore trigger. It also moisturizes dry lips for fast relief, making it an effective and convenient option for quick, soothing care throughout the day. The petroleum-free Coldstick formulation is a variation on Quantum Health's Super Lysine+ ointment, which includes the well-researched amino acid Lysine that suppresses the activity of arginine, the soothing botanical Calendula historically used to calm dry skin, and Intensive Moisturizing Oils such as Safflower, Castor Seed, Jojoba, and Vitamin E. The product also contains the OTC sunscreen ingredients Octinoxate and Oxybenzone, which protect lips from the sun.

To use, apply the product liberally 15 minutes before sun exposure. If swimming or sweating, use a water-resistant sunscreen and reapply at least every 2 hours. The product is not recommended for use on children under 6 months, and users should consult a doctor if a rash occurs.
